The Canadian Ski Guide Association will hold its’ Annual General Meeting at the Sandman Hotel in Penticton BC on May 3, 2022 at 4:30pm.
All current CSGA members are invited to attend in person or via Zoom (link to be emailed at a later date).
It is anticipated that, as of the AGM date, proof of vaccination will not be required to show prior to entry. We will update with any changes. This is the policy of the hotel and meeting rooms.
Prior to the AGM:
You will receive a link to vote electronically for the amended bylaws. The vote will end prior to the AGM so that we may conduct a vote for new directors. More information and a copy of the proposed bylaws are being sent in a separate email.
During the AGM we will:
- Discuss old and new business updates on the many initiatives we have been working on
- Update information on course development and equivalency planning
- Vote two (2) new directors in place (via electronic voting)
- Recognize Length of Service of members
- Review Financial Statements
The meeting is expected to take two hours. Please attend in person or via zoom. Your thoughts, ideas and concerns will help to direct the energy of the board. Remember, we are a volunteer based, Member Driven Association.
